MadCats – Zombie Mod Rules
Defend your barricade or hunt down the survivors – but follow the infection rules!
1. No Blocking Teammates (Blocking)
Intentionally blocking other players is prohibited. You must not deliberately prevent other players from escaping zombies or reaching safety in time.
2. Barricade Fairness (Prop Stealing)
The first player to barricade a room or spot using props has the right to use that spot. Intentionally destroying, moving, or stealing props from another player's barricade is prohibited.
3. No Trapping Other Players with Props
Intentionally trapping other survivors with boxes or other props in a way that prevents them from moving freely or shooting is prohibited.
4. Zombies Must Attack
Zombies must actively attempt to infect the survivors. Passive behavior, hiding for extended periods, or deliberately camping as a zombie is prohibited.
5. No Deliberate Infection (Suicide/Griefing)
Deliberately allowing yourself to be infected without resistance in order to weaken your own team or ruin the game for other players is prohibited.
6. No Unreachable Spots or Map Glitches
Exploiting map glitches to reach inaccessible positions or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. This particularly applies to spots that zombies cannot reach, even with knockback.
7. No Racist or Discriminatory Content
Racist, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content is prohibited. This applies to nicknames, sprays, profile pictures, and both text and voice chat.
8. No Chat or Voice Spam
Excessive spamming in text or voice chat is prohibited. This includes repeatedly sending meaningless messages or making disruptive microphone noises.
9. No Insults or Toxic Behavior
Respectful behavior toward all players is mandatory.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Insults and personal attacks
Threats and deliberate provocation
Political discussions
Sexist remarks
Discrimination of any kind
10. No Cheating or Bug Abuse
The use of unauthorized third-party programs, cheats, or unfair scripts is prohibited. This also includes unfair bunnyhop scripts and deliberately exploiting bugs in the Zombie Mod plugin.
Serious violations may result in an immediate permanent server ban.
11. Allowed Languages: German and English
Communication in both text and voice chat is restricted to German or English.
12. No Advertising Other Servers or Communities
Advertising other servers, communities, or websites, whether for personal or third-party purposes, is prohibited. This includes posting other servers' IP addresses and advertising links.
13. No Ban Evasion Through Multiple Accounts
Using additional accounts to evade an existing ban is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from all MadCats servers.
14. AFK Rule
AFK players must not unnecessarily interfere with gameplay.
Players who are away for an extended period must switch to Spectator mode or leave the server. In particular, inactive players must not occupy valuable player slots or disrupt gameplay by remaining inactive as zombies.
15. No Unjustified Votes or Abuse of !calladmin
Vote kicks, vote bans, vote mutes, and the !calladmin function may only be used to report or address actual rule violations.
Unjustified votes and deliberate abuse of the admin reporting function are prohibited and may result in penalties.
16. No Fake Clan Tags or Admin Impersonation
Using fake MadCats clan tags, deliberately copying other players' names, or pretending to be an administrator is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ Penalties for Rule Violations
The MadCats admins reserve the right to impose appropriate penalties for violations of the server rules.
Depending on the severity of the violation, the following measures may be taken:

Slay
Kick from the server
Temporary ban
Permanent server ban
The decisions of the server admins must be respected.
