MadCats – Dust2 Server Rules
For a fair, enjoyable, and fun gaming experience
1. No T-Spawn Camping After 1:30
The Terrorist team must stop camping at their own spawn by 1:30 at the latest. Fair play comes first.
2. Bunnyhopping Is Prohibited
Bunnyhopping is strictly prohibited on the server, even when used solely for movement.
3. No Unjustified Votes
Vote kicks, vote bans, and vote mutes may only be initiated in response to actual rule violations. Unjustified votes are prohibited.
4. No Racist or Discriminatory Content
Racist, discriminatory, or hateful content is strictly prohibited. This includes nicknames, sprays, profile pictures, and all content shared in text or voice chat.
5. No Chat or Voice Spam
Excessive spamming in text or voice chat is prohibited. This includes repetitive messages, disruptive noises, and unnecessary repetitions.
6. No Excessive Camping
Situational and tactically justified positioning is allowed. However, camping continuously without a legitimate gameplay purpose is prohibited.
7. No Insults or Toxic Behavior
Respectful interaction between all players is expected. The following behaviors are prohibited:
Insults and personal attacks
Threats and provocation
Sexist remarks
Discrimination of any kind
Political discussions that disrupt gameplay
8. No Unauthorized Climbing
Climbing onto crates, walls, or other objects that cannot be reached without assistance from another player is prohibited.
9. No Exploiting Glitches or Bugs
Intentionally exploiting map glitches, game bugs, or physics errors is strictly prohibited.
10. No Cheating
The use of cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, unauthorized scripts, or other external tools to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in an immediate server ban.
11. German and English Only in Chat
Communication in text and voice chat is permitted exclusively in German or English.
12. No Advertising Other Servers or Communities
Sharing links, IP addresses, or other promotional content for external servers, communities, or websites is prohibited. This applies to both text and voice chat.
13. No Ban Evasion Using Alternate Accounts
Using additional accounts to evade an existing ban is prohibited and may result in a permanent exclusion from the server.
14. No Trolling
Intentionally disrupting gameplay or harassing other players is prohibited. Every player should be able to participate in the game without unnecessary interference.
15. AFK Rule
Players who remain AFK for an extended period must switch to Spectator mode or leave the server. Gameplay must not be unnecessarily disrupted by inactive players.
16. Vote Bans Against Suspected Cheaters Require a Demo
A vote ban against a player suspected of cheating may only be initiated if a corresponding demo is available as evidence.
17. No Fake Clan Tags, Name Impersonation, or Fake Admin Identities
The following behaviors are prohibited:
Using fake clan tags
Intentionally duplicating player names to impersonate or confuse other players
Actively recruiting members for other clans on the server
Pretending to be a server administrator when you are not a member of the administration team
18. No Abuse of the Call Admin Function
The !calladmin function may only be used to report actual rule violations. Deliberate misuse may result in disciplinary action.

Penalties for Rule Violations
The administration team reserves the right to impose appropriate penalties for violations of the server rules.
Depending on the severity of the violation, penalties may range from a warning or kick to a temporary or permanent server ban.
